Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Safeah, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you use Safeah on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. About Safeah
Safeah provides booking and business management software for appointment-based businesses, including salons, barbers, personal trainers, and cleaners.
Safeah may offer features such as online booking, client records, payments, reminders, marketing tools, loyalty tools, and gift vouchers depending on your plan.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by staff members you invite.
You must promptly notify us at hello@safeah.app if you suspect unauthorized account access.
4. Plans, Trials, Billing, and Fees
Paid features are available by subscription plan. Pricing, included features, and limits may vary by plan.
If a free trial is offered, paid billing starts after the trial period unless cancelled before renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorize Safeah (and our payment providers) to charge applicable recurring fees.
Payment processing fees (for example, card processing fees charged by Stripe) are charged by the payment processor and are not Safeah commissions.
5. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan where available. Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the product flow shown at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard settings unless otherwise specified. After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Safeah for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use the service to send unauthorized spam or malware.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including consumer, marketing, and data protection laws.
7. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of business content and customer data you submit to Safeah. You grant Safeah the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and use your content and customer data on the platform.
You are responsible for your communications with your customers, including any reminders, campaigns, and promotional messages you send.
8. Third-Party Services
Safeah may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, messaging providers, analytics tools, and cloud infrastructure.
Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies. Safeah is not responsible for third-party products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
Safeah and its platform, software, branding, visual design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Safeah or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Safeah intellectual property.
10. Availability, Changes, and Suspension
We may update, improve, or modify platform features from time to time.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
Safeah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or guaranteed business outcomes such as increased bookings, revenue, or customer retention.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safeah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safeah's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to Safeah in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Safeah harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using Safeah at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated or where required for legal, operational, or security reasons.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, liability limitations, and dispute-related terms) will survive.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email.
Continued use of Safeah after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
